Account
You're responsible for the security of your sign-in credentials and for the activity of any team members you invite. Owner-role users can manage billing, plan, and team; managers can edit card designs and sequences; staff can use the scanner. Role definitions live in the operator app at /team.
Billing
Subscriptions renew monthly via Stripe. Cancel anytime from the operator app at /billing; access continues through the end of the billing period. Past-due accounts revert to Starter-plan features until a successful payment.
Acceptable use
Don't use Karam Kards to send unsolicited marketing to people who haven't installed your loyalty card. Push caps are enforced at the platform level: 1 operator-triggered push per cardholder per day, 2 geofence pushes per week, quiet hours 10pm–8am local. We won't lift these for any operator.
Data ownership
You own your operator profile, card designs, sequence templates, broadcasts, and analytics data. We process cardholder data on your behalf — see the Privacy Policy for what's collected and how it's stored.
Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. On termination, your data is retained for 30 days for export, then deleted.
